We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our guests by maintaining a clean, welcoming, and orderly environment.

• Clean and tidy guest rooms, including changing linens, making beds, and vacuuming floors.
• Replenish any complimentary items such as soaps, shampoos, and towels, ensuring they are up to standard.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies while maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of guest information.
• Assist guests with any special requests or provide additional items as needed to enhance their stay.
• Collaborate with other members of the housekeeping and hotel staff to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Keep track of inventory levels for housekeeping supplies and communicate needs to supervisors.

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items, stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
