Location: Mesa, AZ (Alma School Rd / US-60)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: Competitive hourly/base +
uncapped commission
First-Year Earnings Expectation: $80,000–$100,000+
Employment Type: Full-time, In-Office Only (Not Remote)

We are seeking a driven and experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our dynamic team in our Mesa, AZ office. This role blends recruiting and phone‑based sales to connect top‑tier healthcare professionals with critical assignments nationwide.

• Source, screen, and engage healthcare professionals using our ATS, job boards, and internal leads.
• Conduct proactive outreach to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Use email and SMS campaigns to drive candidate engagement.
• Guide candidates through the full recruitment cycle—from initial contact to placement.
• Meet and exceed recruiting and sales goals in a fast‑paced, rewarding environment.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare recruiting or staffing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a competitive, self‑motivated attitude.
