• Working in production support and associated tasks such as monitoring individual queues, updating tickets as per SLA, and collaborating with stakeholders to take tickets forward and provide effective resolution.
• Analyzing, debugging, and troubleshooting software programs and applications; performing timely and accurate fixes for software errors, and participating in upgrades, revisions, and patches.
• Maintaining and providing production support for existing systems as needed.
• Engaging with stakeholders to provide updates on tickets.
• Guiding developers on issues related to design, development, and deployment of mission‑critical information and software systems; reviewing work of development teams.
• Building and maintaining a document repository with global partners.
• Working as part of a cross‑cultural team, including flexibility to support multiple locations when necessary.
• Demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills in teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation, and being able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Providing on‑call production support.

• 1–2 FTZ implementations.
• 1–2 years of warehouse experience.
• Transportation Management System (TMS) experience.

• 5–7 years of related experience with a 4‑year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience.
• Experience debugging Oracle PL/SQL and writing advanced level queries.
• Knowledge in Kotlin or Java is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment coordinating with internal customers to support and enhance business systems.
• Contribution to process improvements.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with business users.
• Ability to solve complex problems, taking a new perspective using existing solutions.
• Independently resolves complex problems with minimal guidance.
