IT Support Technician -MAC

Duration: 12+ months Contract to Hire

$22.00/hr - $24.00/hr

Provide on‑site IT support for direct clients at US Tech Solutions, managing a range of hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring high quality service and timely incident resolution.

• Address personal computer (PC) hardware and software issues, including hard drives, LCDs, USBs, and other components.
• Provide MAC support – OS and applications.
• Troubleshoot wireless/network problems.
• Resolve profile and configuration issues, restore Windows profiles, and install applications that require profile configuration.
• Deploy and manage wireless certificates for workstations and tablets.
• Support approved peripherals such as webcams and USB devices.
• Distribute accessories/peripherals that can be purchased through the customer’s service.
• Remedy incidents affecting end users, coordinating with standard support teams and billing per agreement.
• Coordinate loaner PC deployment, management, and return; handle repair, wiping, and integration into the loaner pool.
• Provide up to 1 hour of labor for a project coordinator for weekly labor monitoring.
• Support key information technology functions for end users.

• High School Diploma or above.
• Experience with PC hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in MAC OS and associated applications.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
