Turning Point Action is seeking a highly skilled, natural born leader and motivated individual to join the Chase The Vote initiative. Day-to-day responsibilities include daily communication with the ballot chase manager, building inter-community relationships, and encouraging others to send in their ballots. The role also involves building a community network system where chasers identify and monitor low propensity voting habits in a designated territory.

The Ballot Chaser has attainable and incentivized goals and works with the Ballot Chase Manager to ensure goals are reached, relationships are fostered, and data is tracked daily.

• Maintain daily communication with the ballot chase manager.
• Build inter-community relationships and encourage ballot submission.
• Develop a community network system to identify and monitor low propensity voting habits within a designated territory.
• Work with the Ballot Chase Manager to achieve goals and track data daily.

• Field staff, grassroots campaign, or relevant experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Familiarity and proficiency with Google Drive (Docs, Sheets).
• Knowledge and competence with Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
• Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned.
• Unmatched passion for conservative politics.
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for dynamic, self-directed work environment.
