Position SummaryThe PLM Administrator is a hands‑on technical specialist responsible for the configuration, maintenance and performance of XNRGY’s Teamcenter PLM ecosystem and supporting PDM environments.
Key Responsibilities Teamcenter Administration & Configuration- Administer and maintain Teamcenter Unified Architecture across Dev, Test and Production environments.
- Configure and sustain BMIDE data models, attributes, object types and lifecycle states within the defined governance model.
- Implement and troubleshoot workflows, release processes and revision controls.
- Manage user roles, ACLs and security policies to ensure compliance with PLM standards.
- Develop and maintain ITK handlers, SOA/REST utilities and automation scripts for performance and reliability.
- Support environment patches, upgrades and system refresh under controlled deployment cycles.
- Administer Solid Works PDM Professional and Autodesk Vault Professional repositories supporting legacy projects.
- Manage permissions, replication and data integrity in those vaults.
- Coordinate controlled migrations of released data from PDM to Teamcenter, ensuring metadata and revision fidelity.
- Support engineering users still operating within legacy PDMs and guide best practice alignment with PLM governance.
- Maintain and monitor integrations between Teamcenter and ERP, CAD, MES and Quality systems.
- Validate data exchange jobs, middleware scripts and interface transactions.
- Conduct regular data-quality audits across PLM and PDM platforms.
- Enforce naming conventions, classification rules and revision policies as defined by PLM governance.
- Support ECR/ECO workflows and maintain consistent effectiveness and release states.
- Prepare reports on compliance, audit results and corrective actions.
- Support PLM/PDM issues; resolve complex technical and workflow problems.
- Provide training, documentation and hands‑on guidance for engineers and designers.
- Track issues and coordinate change requests and enhancements.
- Monitor KPIs for system uptime, data accuracy and ticket closure rates.
- Identify automation or optimization opportunities.
- Maintain full documentation for environments, scripts and deployments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of Teamcenter administration experience (Unified Architecture).
- Demonstrated knowledge of BMIDE, ITK, SOA and workflow management.
- Practical experience supporting Solid Works PDM Professional and/or Autodesk Vault.
- Understanding of CAD and ERP integration concepts.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Experience with Active Workspace configuration.
- Familiarity with cloud or containerized PLM deployments.
- Exposure to AI‑assisted data validation or system monitoring tools.
- Siemens / Dassault / Autodesk certifications (e.g., Siemens Certified Architect) an asset.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and traceability standards.
