AboutThe Role
The QOS Manager owns the design, build, and continuous improvement of Quantum’s Operating System (QOS) within Microsoft Power Apps. This role sits at the center of the business—turning operational needs into intuitive, reliable tools that teams actually want to use.
You’ll act as both the system builder and the internal project manager for QOS, partnering closely with Construction, Pre‑Construction, Business Development, Service, Accounting, and other operational teams. Your focus is simple: streamline workflows, improve visibility, and make sure the system evolves as the business grows.
This is a hands‑on role. You’ll be building apps, refining workflows, supporting users, rolling out updates, and driving adoption across the company.
Who You Are & What You BringYou’re someone who understands how operations work and knows how to translate real‑world needs into clean, functional systems. You care about usability, hate unnecessary manual work, and don’t mind being the go‑to person when things need to get fixed or improved.
