- Provide in-depth analysis and recommend solutions to payroll and system issues
- Engage with cross-functional resources to enhance productivity and accuracy
- Experience in payroll outsourcing or consulting industry
- Understanding of payroll software solutions and ability to troubleshoot
- Multinational payroll experience (US / CA) is an asset
- CA Payroll certification is an asset
- Experience as a systems analyst or business analyst is preferred
