We are seeking a BI & Automation Analyst to become an integral part of our Business Intelligence team. You will turn data into dashboards, insights, and automations that help our revenue, billing, and operations teams make faster, better decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPIs for leadership and business teams
• Analyze data to find trends and root causes, and recommend practical next steps
• Connect, clean, and combine data from multiple systems using SQL and Databricks
• Automate repetitive reporting and workflows with Power Automate and Python
• Use AI tools like Claude to speed up analysis and reporting, with human review of the results
• Partner with revenue, billing, finance, and operations teams to understand their needs and deliver tailored analytics
• Document data sources and metric definitions so numbers are consistent and trusted
• Measure and share your impact in dollars and hours saved

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, data science, computer science, information systems, statistics, economics, finance, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role
• Proficiency in Power BI (including data modeling and DAX) and SQL
• Curiosity about AI and automation tools, and clear communication with business teams
• Nice to have: Databricks, Power Automate, Python, or healthcare or billing data. No healthcare experience needed; we’ll teach you the business.
