In‑House Litigation Attorney
Epic – Madison, WI (relocation assistance available)
You’ll help Epic navigate legal risks as it expands its offerings in an exciting and rapidly changing industry. You’ll manage litigation and regulatory matters and counsel Epic on its approach to an evolving competitive landscape. Your level of responsibility will match your skill set and will increase rapidly.
ResponsibilitiesManage litigation and regulatory matters. Counsel the company on legal risks and competitive landscape.
Qualifications- 3–7 years of experience drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases; competition and regulatory litigation experience a plus.
- Strong academic and professional background.
- Excellent attention to detail, creative mindset, and strong communication, writing, and analytic skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed.
- COVID‑19 vaccination required.
