Litigation Paralegal

Rasmussen Injury Law continues to grow. The firm is seeking an experienced litigation paralegal to work in our Mesa (Val Vista & US60) or Glendale (75th Ave. & Bell Rd.) locations.

Personal injury litigation experience is required. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years handling plaintiff or defense personal injury cases along with experience in pre‑litigation matters. The position is full time and in office.

Job duties of a litigation paralegal at Rasmussen Injury Law are:

• handle between 70-95 cases (not all in litigation, likely 50/50).
• Prepare pleadings, disclosures and other litigation documents.
• Prepare demands, letters of representation, claim correspondence, and medical record requests for pre‑litigation cases.
• Maintain regular contact with each client via phone calls, emails, letters & text message (via computer, no personal cell phone necessary).
• Work with two attorneys and manage their calendar.
• Set appointments for depositions, arbitrations, client meetings, etc.
• Track and follow all necessary deadlines, both pre‑litigation and litigation.

We utilize client management software to help provide reminders of your deadlines and duties along with documenting notes for the file to save case information.

• Minimum five (5) years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office (specifically Word and Excel).
• Good customer service skills and able to talk with and relate to the clients.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.

Salary: $62,400.00 – $75,000.00 per year
