The firm is seeking a motivated patent attorney to support U.S. patent prosecution in Mesa, AZ. You’ll work directly with inventors, founders, and in‑house teams – enjoying both in‑office collaboration and the flexibility to work remotely part of the week. This is primarily an in‑person role in Mesa, Arizona.

• Draft, file, and prosecute U.S. patent applications under the direction of a partner.
• Conduct examiner interviews and develop thoughtful IP strategies.
• Collaborate directly with inventors and clients.
• Work with a collaborative team using modern, streamlined systems.

• Registered to practice before the USPTO, or exam‑passed and pending registration.
• Minimum bachelor’s (BS) engineering, CS, EE, ME, physics, or similar, and preferably masters (MS).
• Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with clients.
