Legal Intake Specialist (Spanish Speaking)

Do you want to help injured people get great settlements? We are a Personal Injury Law Firm that is on track for aggressive growth, and we need an experienced Legal Intake Specialist to join our team and work directly with the owner to support the team and help clients. We want to be known for helping clients navigate the post-accident process and take the burdens off their shoulders.

We are growing fast, and we need a Legal Intake Specialist who can hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will be able to take initiative on work that needs to be done and complete tasks with minimal hand-holding. You’ll survey prospective clients and empathize with them on the details of their cases, manage new client onboarding and data entry, and help our lawyers book and manage their appointments.

Responsibilities
  • Manage attorney schedules, including prospective client consultations, to foster caseload growth
  • Work with marketing to collaborate on outbound sales tactics and partnerships with other law firms in order to help bring in new cases
  • Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard
  • Organize paperwork and perform data entry in our case management system to streamline new client onboarding and current client files
  • Take charge of various office tasks such as email correspondence, document management, data organization, and research to make sure our firm is running at peak efficiency
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
    Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Familiarity with case management and CRM systems a bonus
  • Excellent and empathetic verbal and written communication skills required
  • Previous legal experience a plus
  • Solid data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skills
  • Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
  • Fluent Spanish is required for this position.
Compensation

$30 - $34 hourly
