What you’ll be doingAs Vice President, Field Services, you will be a visionary and strategic leader responsible for orchestrating the success of our North American Field Services organization. You will oversee regional field operations, the Command Center department, and Fleet Management, driving operational excellence, innovation, and scalability across a complex network of internal teams and third-party partners. You will shape the future of field services through data-driven decision-making, continuous improvement, and a relentless focus on customer experience and cost control.
- Lead and evolve the Field Services organization, including internal teams and third-party vendors, to deliver consistent, high-quality service across the U.S. and Canada.
- Oversee Command Center operations to ensure real-time monitoring, incident response, problem management, and service continuity.
- Direct Fleet Management strategy, optimizing asset utilization, maintenance, and lifecycle planning.
- Manage multiple operational P&Ls, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Champion a customer-focused culture and lead change management initiatives that align with enterprise goals.
- Develop and execute strategic plans across people, processes, and technology to support growth and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational challenges, improve service delivery, and enhance field technician support.
- Apply continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma to streamline processes and reduce defects.
- Monitor key performance indicators and use data analytics to drive decision-making and operational enhancements.
- Represent Field Services in executive forums, contributing to enterprise-wide strategy and planning.

You are a visionary and strategic leader with a proven ability to scale and transform complex operations while driving service excellence across diverse teams and geographies. You bring a strong command of operational strategy, financial acumen, and performance management, paired with a deep understanding of field services, command center operations, and fleet management. Your communication skills enable you to influence and align stakeholders at all levels, while your analytical mindset supports data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

- BS/BA degree required
- 7+ years of experience leading Field Services operations
- 7+ years of experience leading Remote Technical Support (Command Center) operations
- 2+ years of experience leading Fleet Management operations
- Experience leading geographically dispersed teams across North America or globally
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide initiatives at the executive level, including work direction, motivation, coaching/feedback, and developing staff for positive client experience and SLA attainment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, initiative, judgment, urgency, follow-up, and ability to manage multiple projects
- Exceptional statistical/analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and proactive approach to compliance
- Proven track record of building and maintaining good internal and external working relationships
- Experience in business process engineering/re-engineering using Six Sigma, Lean, or similar methodologies
