Salary Range: $18.00 per hour
Bonuses:
After 3 months of employment, there is a one-time $250 bonus if attendance and performance metrics are met. Ongoing opportunities to earn bonuses for attendance.

We deliver 100% grass fed, pasture-raised, environmentally-regenerative beef, chicken and pork and sustainably caught, wild seafood directly to our customers’ doors. The OpportunityThe General Production Employee will perform various production duties, while adhering to quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. The General Production Employee must follow and adhere to all company process procedures and controls. The General Production Employee will report to and work closely with the Production Manager and Production Lead on shift.

General OperationsOperate various processing and packaging machines according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Receiving raw frozen bone from the warehouse and using processing machines to prep and cut for further process.
Properly package products in finished packaging, shipper boxes and palletize following finished product specification sheets.
Properly handle ingredients, materials and finished product during process and in all processing and storage areas.
Use cleaning agents, disinfectants and sanitizer following all manufacturer specifications and safety guidelines, ensuring proper dilution and application methods. Employees must follow all safety protocols and company SSOPs and must wear the required PPE at all times during the sanitation process.
Verify that raw ingredients are correctly labeled, stored, and meet the required quality specifications.
Ensure that ingredients are properly stored, segregated, and handled to prevent cross-contamination, using dedicated equipment and maintaining clean environments.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and FDA and USDA compliance at all times.
Ensure that all equipment and ingredients are free from contaminants or allergens that could affect product quality.
Notify QA Technician of any issues related to batch quality, equipment performance, or ingredient inconsistencies. Notify Production Lead or Maintenance Technician when necessary.
Follow all safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required (e.g., gloves and eye protection).
Ensure that work areas, equipment, and materials are kept clean and orderly, adhering to health and safety standards.
Ensure all processes are in compliance with FDA and USDA requirements and quality standards.
