You will play a key role in manufacturing top-tier components by managing the operation and upkeep of CNC turret equipment, ensuring that all output aligns with our rigorous quality benchmarks.

You will play a key role in manufacturing top-tier components by managing the operation and upkeep of CNC turret equipment, ensuring that all output aligns with our rigorous quality benchmarks.
Core Duties- Configure and run CNC turret equipment in alignment with established production timelines and technical requirements.
- Oversee machine performance to help maintain consistent output quality and maximize operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular equipment upkeep and resolve technical issues to keep machinery running at peak capacity.
- Analyze technical schematics, blueprints, and job instructions to identify precise machining needs.
- Verify that completed parts meet all necessary quality specifications.
- Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by keeping the workspace tidy and following all safety procedures.
- Work alongside colleagues and leadership to address production challenges and refine manufacturing workflows.
- Completion of high school or a GED; a technical credential or machining certificate is beneficial.
- Demonstrated history of working with CNC turret machinery or comparable manufacturing tools.
- Solid grasp of fundamental machining concepts and the ability to interpret technical blueprints.
- Proficiency in utilizing various gauges and measurement instruments to verify product standards.
- Sharp focus on precision and a strong aptitude for troubleshooting.
- Capacity to function effectively both autonomously and within a group setting in a high-speed production area.
- Help foster a culture of workplace safety through clear communication and consistent adherence to protocols.
