Axon is seeking a Manufacturing Lead to act as the primary operational leader for assigned manufacturing areas, driving SQDIP metrics and cross‑functional collaboration with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and EHS. This onsite role reports to the Manufacturing Manager in Arizona.
You’ll coach operators, reduce defects, manage WIP, and champion Lean, Kaizen and continuous improvement to boost throughput and OEE while developing your leadership career.
