Production Supervisor
Employment Type:
Full-Time, Direct Hire Compensation: $90,000–$100,000 annually
Work Arrangement:
Onsite
Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing and assembly operations. This individual will oversee production employees, maintain efficient assembly-line operations, and ensure products are built safely, accurately, and on schedule.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in electrical manufacturing or assembly, understands electrical schematics, and has experience developing work instructions and improving production processes.
Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily production and assembly operations.
Lead, train, and develop production employees to meet quality and productivity expectations.
Oversee assembly-line activities to ensure production schedules and deadlines are met.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
Develop, update, and maintain work instructions and standard operating procedures.
Monitor production output, quality, and employee performance.
Identify production bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
Work closely with engineering, quality, and other departments to resolve manufacturing issues.
Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient production environment.
Ensure employees follow established manufacturing procedures and quality standards.
Qualifications5+ years of production supervision experience within a manufacturing environment.
Previous experience in electrical assembly or electrical manufacturing.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
Experience writing and implementing work instructions and standard operating procedures.
Background overseeing assembly-line or production-floor operations.
Proven ability to lead, train, and manage production teams.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $90,000–$105,000 annually, depending on experience.
