Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As the Marketing Coordinator, you will assist in the implementation and coordination of marketing strategies and activities to promote our company's products, services, and brand. Working closely with the marketing team, you will support the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.
  • Coordinate and manage various marketing projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, advertisements, and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials, working closely with vendors and suppliers.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices.
  • Assist with event planning and execution, including trade shows, conferences, and promotional events.
  • Maintain marketing databases and CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and consistency across marketing initiatives.
  • Facilitate the creation of engaging and relevant content, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia elements, that aligns with the organization's brand and objectives on social media.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing or related roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Wix, Figma, Google Platform).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience with social media management and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
