As a Full Time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), you’ll provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in Mesa, AZ
. The scheduled hours are Monday‑Wednesday, 7:00am‑6:00pm and Fridays, 8:00am‑4:00pm. Enjoy fewer workdays!
- Conduct physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines.
- Perform procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management.
- Develop patient care plans, record progress, and ensure continuity of care.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, and development.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care.
- Prescribe or recommend treatments, including medications and therapies.
- Refer patients to specialists or physicians as needed.
- Maintain patient health records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Educate and coach nursing staff on best practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- State RN license(s) and certificate(s) to practice.
- Nurse Practitioner license(s) and certificate(s) to practice.
- State Prescriptive Authority (if applicable).
- Federal DEA license matching each state of practice (as applicable).
- Current national certification (ANCC or AANP required).
- Master’s Degree in Science of Nursing (or equivalent with transcripts).
- Certification with hands‑on training in AHA, ARC, or equivalent Basic Life Support for healthcare providers required;
Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope. - At least three years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice, or emergency department setting.
