APP Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Primary Care

IMS is currently seeking a full‑time APP Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care department in Mesa.
EssentialFunctions
- Provide patient services to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
- Perform patient assessments, diagnose and create treatment plans, conduct physical examinations, consultations, patient counseling/education, family planning, and well‑women exams.
- Order and interpret patient care tests, treatments and exams.
- Handle prescription needs, provide advice regarding chronic pain problems, general health education, and coordinate care.
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant educational program and passage of a board‑approved certifying exam.
- Must possess a license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the State of Arizona.
- One year of experience in Primary Care is required.
