Registered Nurse – $10,000 Sign‑On Bonus | Fixed Schedule | Mesa, AZ

Full‑Time | 3x12‑hour shifts | Days or Nights | No Rotating Shifts

Pay Range: $42–$65 per hour, depending on experience

• Provide safe, high‑quality nursing care in behavioral health and detox settings
• Complete assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians, clinicians, and support staff to coordinate care
• Document patient progress, interventions, and outcomes accurately
• Support patients through stabilization, treatment, and long‑term recovery planning

• Active Arizona RN license or Compact RN license
• Ability to work a fixed day or night shift (no rotation required)
• Strong interest in behavioral health, crisis stabilization, or detox nursing
• Open to both experienced RNs and recent graduates

• Base pay: $42–$50 per hour, depending on experience
• Weeknight differential: 10%
• Weekend day differential: 15%
• Weekend night differential: 30%

• $10,000 sign‑on bonus for floor RNs
• 5 weeks of PTO annually
