The Emergency Room (ER) Nursing position is located in the healthcare organizations emergency department setting. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients experiencing urgent and emergent conditions, utilizing specialized knowledge and clinical skills to assess, plan, and evaluate patient needs across all ages in accordance with professional standards and organizational policies.

Description:
This position assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and documents nursing care of patients, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and professional standards. The role includes reviewing patient history, lab and diagnostic data, formulating care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. The nurse supervises and delegates appropriately, promotes continuity of care, and engages in quality improvement activities. - Required Qualifications:
Must possess a current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice, an interim RN license, or compact RN licensure. BLS certification is required. Experience in the clinical area for which applying is desired, with a minimum of one year experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months. - Schedule:

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
