Alta Mesa Animal Hospital is a growing small animal practice in Mesa, Arizona, seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our collaborative and supportive team.

This role will split time between Alta Mesa Animal Hospital and Brown Road Animal Clinic
, providing the opportunity to work with two established teams and a diverse caseload.

Join a 3 doctor team led by a mentorship-focused Medical Director who is passionate about helping veterinarians grow and succeed. Doctors enjoy clinical autonomy while maintaining a highly collaborative environment where case discussions, teamwork, and continued learning are encouraged.

For veterinarians interested in growing their dental and surgical skills, this practice offers dedicated surgery days and a strong focus on dentistry, preventive care, and client education.

• Modern facility with five exam rooms, including a dedicated comfort room
• Digital full-body and dental radiography
• In-house IDEXX diagnostics including Pro Cyte, Catalyst, SNAP, and Sedivue
• Dedicated surgery days with a strong dental focus
• No boarding or grooming services
• Growing wellness plan participation and strong client compliance
• Base salary of $115,000-$140,000

• DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited program (or ECFVG/PAVE equivalent)
