• Help future residents find their next home by touring the community, processing lease applications, and preparing leases.
• Plan and attend community events.
• Collect and secure rental payments.
• Conduct campaign research, reporting and retention activities.
• Maintain an acceptable closing ratio based on current property expectations.

• Customer service or sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Tax Credit experience preferred.

• Interested in the responsibilities above.
