• Wash dishes and sheet trays using a 3-compartment sink and an automatic dishwasher
• Putting dishes away after they’re dry
• Work in an organized, clean, and helpful manner
• Demonstrate ability to thoroughly and carefully clean
• Wipe, sweep, mop surfaces
• Demonstrate basic kitchen safety
• Take direct instruction or feedback from your manager and adjust accordingly
• Identify and report issues proactively to your manager

• Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Produce a valid  food handling certification
• Prior kitchen experience is a plus
• Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours
• Maintain a positive attitude despite difficult working conditions (long hours, physical demands)
• Demonstrate efficient time management and general reliability
• Learn quickly and demonstrate independence and critical thinking skills
• Demonstrate effective teamwork and communication skills
• Must be able to reliably get to and from work
• Must be willing and able to work long shifts and stay until all tasks are complete
• Solve problems efficiently and ask questions when in doubt
