Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Vitamin Manager to help customers discover the benefits of supplements and vitamins. As the Assistant Vitamin/HBA Manager you will help customers make healthy choices by providing excellent customer service and managing a busy department.

• Assist in managing and merchandising the department for maximum productivity and profit.
• Order and inventory control, product quality, and supervise the Vitamin/HBA team.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through ongoing planning, direction, goal setting, communication, and teamwork.
• Lead a team that delivers the finest product quality, highest service level, and greatest customer experience.
• Ensure customers receive the best possible service and assistance with vitamins, supplements, and health and beauty products.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of vitamins, supplements, and other health and body items in the department and provide guidance without prescribing.
• Recruit, hire, develop, mentor, and motivate the Vitamin team.
• Unload and sort through store deliveries.
• Execute all company health, safety, and sanitation guidelines/regulations and validate that other team members are following these procedures.
• Thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

• Be at least 18 years old and have a minimum of 1 year of vitamin, homeopathy, or holistic experience with leadership duties; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
• Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Exhibit an outgoing, friendly attitude and the ability to interact with customers.
• Have strong communication skills and the ability to give and take direction while maintaining a team environment.
• Perform general housekeeping in the department; clean and dust.
• Adhere to all safety, health, and Weights and Measures regulations.
• Be willing to gain education on new products and alternative health.
• Have strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Stand, walk, bend, climb, lift, stack, and maneuver heavy objects up to 50 lbs. and up to 2 feet without mechanical assistance.
• Move a ladder to access product requiring a force up to 5 lbs. for up to 2 hours up to 25 feet.
• Maneuver a utility cart holding 20 lbs. requiring a force up to 35 lbs. for up to 2 hours up to 20 feet.
• Walk a total up to 3 miles in an 8‑hour shift.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
