Golf Club / Golf Industry, Customer Service Rep
Overview
Reports to:
Head Golf Professional.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Customer Service - Customer Service
- Staging carts for daily play and tournaments
- Greeting customers and assisting them loading golf bags on carts as needed. Customer Service
- Cleaning, washing, and detailing golf car fleet.
- Operating a golf range cart to pick range.
- Handpicking range at times due to inclement weather.
- Assist with banquet set up as needed.
- Assist in cleaning the golf restrooms and the event center as needed
- Empty trash bins on the golf course.
- Other duties as directed and needed.
- Standing or moving for 6 to 8 hours a day.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.
- Able to multitask as needed.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Available to work days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
- Knowledge of golf or previous experience.
- Able to work in a quick-paced environment.
