Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full admissions sales cycle for inbound leads from initial inquiry to enrollment
Engage with students and parents to qualify leads and drive enrollments using a consultative sales approach
Maintain accurate tracking of activities and collaborate with various teams to ensure a seamless experience
Qualifications & Experience2+ years of experience in inside sales, admissions, enrollment, or consultative B2C sales
Experience in education, camps, enrichment programs, or youth-focused services preferred
Proven ability to sell high-consideration, premium products or services
Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, or Hub Spot
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, seasonal, performance-driven environment
