Entry Level Sales Representative Management Training

Overview

We are looking for motivated, sports-minded team members to hire immediately for our full-time Entry Level Sales Representative role. Advosy provides homeowners with roofing, restoration, HVAC, and insurance claim solutions for their homes. Our ideal candidate has a personal drive to succeed, thrives in a fun, competitive environment, and is eager to advance with a growing company!

• Utilize mobile CRM to professionally canvass neighborhoods to prospect clients' needs
• Build value in free inspections to help maintain the integrity of customer's roof
• Identify external home and roofing damage through offering free inspections
• Work with roof inspectors and adjusters to value and process claims
• Use existing lead list to qualify homeowners for additional HVAC and restoration solutions for their home
• Track and monitor performance against team and company metrics and participate in continuous training for improvement
• Set follow up appointments to consult any outstanding customer questions
• Strategically network and expand your customer base
• Confidently provide focused customer service

• Outstanding customer service experience
• Outgoing and self-motivated
• Possess excellent communication skills including the ability to listen and resolve issues, questions, and concerns
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Reliable transportation to attend in-home sales presentations in assigned territory
• Desire to help homes and families save money and live more sustainably

• Consistent & flexible schedule, Monday - Friday 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM and the occasional Saturday morning
• Flexibility with schedule once training is completed

• Required to stand or walk for long periods of the day
• Ability to set up and climb a 14 foot ladder
