Install, repair, and maintain commercial garage doors to the highest safety and quality standards

Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, providing effective and lasting solutions

Maintain accurate records with notes, diagrams, and photos for future service needs

Follow OSHA safety rules and best practices at all times

Build positive relationships with customers through professionalism and empathy

Identify opportunities to upsell services or products that benefit the customer

Collaborate with teammates to ensure on-time, high-quality project completion

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Ability to lift 75+ lbs, work at heights, and use hand/power tools

Experience reading blueprints and tape measures

Comfort operating lifts and working in industrial settings

High school diploma (or equivalent) required

Location: Based out of our Mesa, AZ office, serving the surrounding metro area
