Training Pay: $850 per week during training

Realistic Annual Pay Range: $75,000 – $150,000+ once fully trained

Paid training with clear paths to advancement

• Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial garage doors and openers
• Diagnose and solve mechanical and electrical issues with confidence
• Deliver 5‑star customer service with professionalism and empathy
• Keep accurate documentation with notes, diagrams, and photos
• Ensure all work meets top safety standards
• Recommend upgrades and services when appropriate (solutions, not pushy sales)

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn — experience is a plus, not required
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and use standard hand and power tools
• Strong communication skills and a positive, problem‑solving mindset
• High school diploma or GED
