We are seeking a skilled and experienced Roofer/Repair Technician with expertise across multiple roofing systems and materials, including Shingle, Single Ply (TPO, EPDM, PVC), SPF, Acrylics, Silicone, Concrete/Clay Tile, and Modified Bitumen. In this role you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining roofs, diagnosing issues, and delivering high‑quality repair solutions that comply with industry standards and safety protocols.

• Conduct detailed inspections across multiple roofing systems and materials.
• Perform repairs on Shingle, Single Ply (TPO, EPDM, PVC), SPF, Acrylics, Silicone, Concrete/Clay Tile, and Modified Bitumen roofs.
• Replace or install roofing materials in compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to complete residential and commercial repair projects.
• Provide accurate repair estimates based on system‑specific needs.
• Document all work performed, including materials, repairs, and full replacements.
• Stay updated on roofing trends, tools, and techniques while attending required safety and material trainings.

• Proven experience as a Roofer/Repair Technician with multi‑system expertise.
• Strong knowledge of installation, maintenance, and repair practices across various roofing systems.
• Proficiency with tools and equipment specific to each roofing material.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Physical ability to work at heights and perform demanding tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
