Alpine Specialty Services has been cleaning homes since 1969 and has served the Phoenix metro from our Mesa shop since 2022. We're NADCA and IICRC certified, and we're looking for a hands-on technician to join our Arizona duct team.
This is a good fit if you like working with tools, staying active, solving problems, and leaving a customer happier than you found them. Experience in HVAC, construction, pest control, auto, delivery, or another trade helps, but it isn't required. We train you on the clock.
Pay and earning potential.- Base pay starts at $20 - $25 an hour, depending on experience
- Commission and performance incentives on top of base
- Full-time technicians typically earn $45,000 - $60,000+ a year in total pay
- A clear technician ladder: as your skills and results grow, you move up to higher-paying levels
- Paid NADCA certification
- Clean air ducts, dryer vents, and HVAC systems in homes and businesses using truck-mounted equipment
- Work in attics, crawl spaces, and mechanical closets, following our cleaning and safety procedures.
- Show customers before-and-after results and explain what you did and why it matters
- Recommend services that help, like sanitizing and coil cleaning, without high-pressure selling.ng
- Keep your vehicle and equipment clean, stocked, and ready each morning
- Mechanically inclined and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in attics and in Arizona heat
- Able to lift and carry up to 75 lb, climb ladders, and kneel or crouch for long stretches
- 21 or older with a valid driver's license and an insurable driving record
