HVAC Service Manager

Job Description

NOW HIRING: RESIDENTIAL HVAC SERVICE & SALES MANAGER
Comfort Experts, LLC | Mesa, AZ

Help build a team. Grow with the company. Find your long-term home.

Comfort Experts is looking for an experienced leader to help grow our Residential HVAC Department. We’re a smaller, locally owned company with big goals, and we need someone who is ready to take ownership, develop people, and turn ideas into results.

You’ll work side by side with the owner to recruit great technicians and sales professionals, strengthen our current team, and build the organization and accountability needed for continued growth.

We’re looking for someone who can:

• Recruit, coach, and retain people who fit our team and values.
• Lead residential service and sales with clear goals and consistent follow-through.
• Build structure, improve processes, and keep the department organized.
• Help technicians present options confidently and honestly.
• Track performance, support the team, and deliver a great customer experience.
• Work closely with the owner to put a shared vision into action.

What we offer:

• Competitive salary plus performance-based bonuses.
• Direct access to an owner who is invested in your success.
• The opportunity to help shape a growing department.
• Meaningful earning potential as you help the team and company succeed.
• A long-term career with room to grow.

We are independently owned—not private equity—and we intend to keep it that way. We believe we can build a successful company while taking care of our employees and customers.

Residential HVAC service and sales leadership experience is important. Just as important are integrity, initiative, strong communication, and a commitment to building something lasting.

If you’re ready to lead, grow, and find a company to call home, send us your résumé and a brief introduction.
