Mesa, AZ (and similar roles in St. Louis, MO and Tukwila, WA)

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using C++ or Ada
• Execute software development activities according to the software development plan
• Develop embedded software solutions based on software requirements
• Develop and execute unit testing to verify proper implementation of low-level requirements
• Develop and execute software integration test cases to verify software high-level requirements
• Generate software documentation according to standards
• Perform required software configuration management activities

• ACTIVE U.S. Secret level clearance
• 4+ years of professional experience in software development using C, C++, C#, Python, Ada, and/or Java
• Experience developing embedded real-time software
• Experience with Agile software development
• Must have aerospace experience
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git
• Excellent debugging and testing skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with other software teams and stakeholders

• 10+ years of C++ or Ada
• Experience working in hybrid or remote development environments
• Experience developing and maintaining Windows Services
• Proficient in SQL Server and writing complex SQL queries

We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position offers a salary range of $100,000 to $165,000. Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.
