Facets Developer with .Net (Hybrid)

Cognizant is looking to hire an experienced Facets Developer with .NET experience; role involves working in a hybrid model focusing on developing and maintaining healthcare applications using .Net Microsoft SSIS and MS SQL Server. The candidate will leverage their expertise in QNXT-Healthcare and FACETS-Healthcare to enhance system functionality and support business objectives

• Analyze business and technical requirements to translate them into clear, actionable solution designs and development tasks.
• Design end‑to‑end solutions covering architecture, data flow, integration points, and performance considerations.
• Develop high‑quality software solutions using C#, .NET Core, SSIS, SQL, and Python, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Conduct thorough unit testing using xUnit to validate functionality, reliability, and defect‑free delivery.
• Perform peer code reviews and collaborate with architects to ensure alignment with coding standards, best practices, and architecture guidelines.
• Support the full SDLC lifecycle including QA testing, UAT cycles, production deployment, and post‑implementation stabilization.
• Document technical designs, integration flows, and implementation steps to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and maintainability.
• Communicate progress, risks, and technical challenges to project managers, architects, and cross‑functional teams.
• Work closely with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, testing, and production environments.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance development processes, code quality, and system performance.

• 4 to 7 years of experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in .Net Microsoft SSIS and MS SQL Server is required.
• Proven experience in QNXT-Healthcare and FACETS-Healthcare domains is mandatory.
• Experience in Payer Products is a nice to have and will be beneficial.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members effectively.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the healthcare technology field.
