Benefits- We provide and compensate you for the necessary training.
- Your compensation is not commission‑based; you are paid for your time whether training clients or not.
- You are eligible for paid time‑off (sick and vacation), accrued from your first day of employment.
- Spouses or significant others can be trained at no cost.
- Deliver individualized coaching one‑to‑one or in small groups of 2‑4 clients.
- Guide and motivate clients while monitoring form, providing challenges and ensuring safety.
- Use proprietary equipment to track progress and work with clients to achieve their goals.
- Schedule and lead free introductory sessions for prospects to experience the program.
- Never pressure prospects into membership; focus on education and value.
- Consistently apply our systems and processes to ensure best practice service delivery and administrative compliance.
- Passion for health & fitness.
- Excellent communication skills in person and on the phone; professional conduct.
- People skills and personality; energetic and genuinely enthusiastic about client and teammate success.
- CPR/AED certification prior to starting training.
- Health and fitness education: a college degree in a health‑related field is preferred but not required.
- Personal Training certification.
- Knowledge of nutrition.
- Experience with various strength training applications.
- Experience working with adults and individuals with limitations, including those recovering from injury or surgery.
