We are a gym focused around helping athletes perform at the highest level. Our trainers work closely with the athletes and parents to create systems, protocols, and programs necessary to provide structure, accountability and discipline to our clients. You will work with between 3-6 athletes per session.

PLEASE READ. We are looking for coaches willing to work the open shift. Our gym opens at 5am, staff arrival time is 4:45am. We also need trainers in the afternoon between 12pm-8pm.

We’re searching for a motivational, empowering Performance Coach who excels at connecting with young athletes and helping them grow in strength, confidence, and character.

This role is ideal for coaches who enjoy:

• Mentoring and guiding young athletes
• Creating a welcoming environment where all athletes feel safe and supported
• Communicating clearly with parents and teammates
• Working collaboratively instead of competitively
• Combining technical coaching with positive leadership

We especially encourage coaches whose strengths include communication, patience, empathy, and relationship-centered coaching — traits shown to make an exceptional impact in youth athletic development.

• Lead performance, strength, and movement sessions for kids and youth athletes
• Provide positive, constructive, supportive feedback
• Communicate with families in a professional, team-centered manner
• Collaborate with other coaches to maintain a unified, athlete-first culture
• Help maintain a clean, organized, safe training environment
• Promote long‑term athlete development and healthy training habits
• Work with clients to develop a comprehensive program that will meet their health and fitness goals.
• Manage a client base via CRM tools
• Be aware of body mechanics and prevent injuries.
• Work in an environment where close communications with clients and co-workers is required.
• Assist clients in maintaining proper nutrition to maximize their results.
• Monitor clients' progress to ensure fitness goals are being met.
• Experience coaching youth or young athletes preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, positive, professional coaching style
• Ability to motivate through encouragement and clarity
• Willingness to learn and collaborate
• CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain)

• $17-22 hourly
• 8-20% Commissions
