D1 is an athletic-based group training facility for adults and youth athletes ages 7 and up. Our mission is to provide a best‑in‑class fitness philosophy and environment that helps athletes efficiently reach their goals.

• Foster a positive, motivating environment for all athletes.
• Maximize client retention through best‑in‑class service: coaching, training, nutrition, and accountability.
• Modify and adapt movements to suit each individual.
• Teach proper form, technique, and injury prevention.

• Coaching group workouts, personal training, and teams.
• Deliver accurate, industry‑leading educational advice on strength, speed, and nutrition.
• Assess and align each member with the proper program.
• Build and maintain relationships with D1 members.
• Maintain a positive, motivating environment for all athletes.
• Reduce risk of injury by focusing on proper technique and movement patterns.

• Valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification.
• At least one NCCA‑accredited certification.
• Minimum of 1 year strength & conditioning experience in group, team, or personal training setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field (preferred).
