Live stream sporting events during weekends and tournaments, handling both setup and live broadcast operations. As an independent contractor, you have the flexibility to choose event assignments.

• Track – Receive and handle all event equipment, including camera gear and marketing assets.
• Execution – Set up Baller
  
  TV’s streaming system at each venue, moving equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor – Ensure each game’s live stream is steady and consistent; operate and troubleshoot equipment, maintaining communication with the Baller
  
  TV team.
• Enjoy – Watch live sports while you work.
• Flexibility – Work part‑time on weekends; early mornings to late nights, and travel up to 40 mi one‑way.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must complete a pre‑event background check.
• Must be familiar with iOS devices and products.
• Must be personable and professional at all times.
• Must multitask with strong attention to detail.
• Must possess a positive winning attitude.

• Experience in live event production, sports, or customer‑facing roles.
• Knowledge or interest in grassroots soccer, lacrosse, basketball, volleyball, football, or wrestling.
• Current, valid driver’s license to transport event equipment.

Pay – Rates vary by area; at least $16 per hour. Daily shifts can be over 12 hours long; tournament weekends can exceed 30 hours. This role is not for everyone and requires you to be on your feet and lift heavy objects.
