We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as our Field Service-Delivery Specialist. In this entry‑level position, your primary responsibility will be counting and delivering vendor‑owned materials to various job sites and warehouses. The ideal candidate should possess a valid driver's license, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with vendors and internal teams. • Accurately count and verify vendor‑owned inventory materials before transportation.
• Safely operate company vehicles to transport materials to designated job sites and warehouses.
• Maintain detailed records of inventory levels and report discrepancies to the appropriate teams.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery schedules.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and traffic regulations during transportation activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns related to deliveries.
• Perform physical counts of vendor‑owned materials with precision.
• Load and unload inventory materials onto company vehicles in a safe and organized manner.
• Utilize inventory management systems to track and update material quantities.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams to coordinate delivery schedules.
• Complete required documentation, including delivery receipts and inventory reports.
• Follow established procedures for vehicle maintenance and report any issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and transportation regulations.

• No prior work experience is required; entry‑level position suitable for recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in inventory management and transportation.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management practices is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and recording inventory.
• Effective communication skills for interactions with vendors and internal teams.
• Basic understanding of inventory management systems or willingness to learn.
