As a Flight Operations Dispatcher, you'll play a vital role in supporting our training center operations ensuring every mission runs smoothly, efficiently, and on time. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with backgrounds in customer service, scheduling, or aviation logistics who are ready to grow in a dynamic, high-impact environment.

What You’ll Do:
  • Coordinate and dispatch training missions using aircraft, simulators, classrooms, and instructors
  • Maximize training resource utilization while minimizing cancellations
  • Collaborate with Training, Maintenance, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Monitor flight activity and maintain accurate flight time records
  • Support training documentation and scheduling systems
  • Ensure compliance with CAE policies and regulatory standards
What We’re Looking For:
  • 12 years of experience in aviation, scheduling, or customer service
  • Strong computer skills (Windows-based systems, MS Office)
  • Excellent communication and situational awareness
  • Comfortable working early morning shifts and weekends
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Associate degree or higher preferred, but not required
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a structured, team-oriented setting

You’ll be part of CAE’s Flight Training Operations team supporting aircrafts and simulators. While not customer-facing, your work directly impacts students, instructors, and flight managers.
