Fulfillment Specialist

-based facility will bring us one step closer to localized, sustainable manufacturing and fulfillment.

We are seeking a proactive and organized Fulfillment Specialist to support order fulfillment operations. Reporting to the Manager of Fulfillment, this role ensures all inbound and outbound shipments are completed in a timely, accurate and cost-effective manner while maintaining accurate inventory records and effective stock management. You will help drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, environmentally conscious workplace. In this position you will be proficient in shipping and warehousing practices, while being a self-starter who thrives in an environment of continuous improvement and problem-solving.

• Assist in creating shipping labels, packing slips, and organizing documentation.
• Pick and process orders accurately and quickly following company’s fulfillment standards.
• Monitor and address order exceptions and perform purchase order reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate PO receiving and shipping reconciliation.
• Coordinate and maintain an efficient warehouse layout to streamline operations.
• Assist with inventory counts, perform stock reconciliation, and assist in receiving inventory.
• Support the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse, including sweeping, garbage disposal, and stock placement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Promote and uphold Pela’s commitment to quality, environmental responsibility, and safe practices.

• Familiarity with domestic and international shipping.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and shipping/inventory systems like Ship Hero (or comparable platforms).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and take initiative.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working on your feet for extended periods.
• Collaborative, team-oriented attitude with a strong commitment to green manufacturing and sustainability.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

• Monday-Friday: 7:00am-3:30pm
• Monday-Friday: 3:00pm-11:30pm
• Monday-Friday: 11:00pm-7:30am
