Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Attorney role located in Mesquite, NV. The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal guidance and advice, conducting case research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and representing clients in legal proceedings. Additional responsibilities include negotiations, managing client communications, and staying updated on relevant laws and regulations to provide effective and timely resolutions for clients.

• Strong Legal Advice and client counseling skills
• Ability to conduct thorough Research and analyze complex legal issues
• Excellent Negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active bar licensure in Nevada (additional licensure in nearby states is a plus)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in business law, civil litigation, or estate planning is a plus
