Staff Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant I to join our Accounting team. This entry-level professional role is responsible for supporting key accounting functions, including financial reporting, general ledger maintenance, and accounts payable/receivable. The Accountant I plays an essential role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions and reports.

** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Relevant coursework or formal training in accounting principles is required.

** 2 plus years of experience in an accounting or finance role preferred; internship experience in accounting is a plus.

** Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and accuracy in data entry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and accounting systems (e.g., Quick Books, SAP) is advantageous.
** Communication:
** Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate professionally with internal teams and external vendors.
** Organization:
** Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
