$16.00/hr - $18.00/hr

• Bill car deals daily; ensure accuracy and timely processing
• Payoff trades and purchases
• Receive and process paperwork from the F&I department
• Calculate and post commissionable payroll through the billing process
• Process wholesale transactions and purchases
• Process Certified Preowned Units, ensuring accuracy
• Submit Extended Warranty contracts, GAP policies or other warranties
• Send necessary reports to the team every morning
• Payoff vehicle floor plan
• Keep accounting schedules updated per month-end close duties per the month-end checklist
• Submit 8300s to IRS and mail letters to customers per policy
• Provide excellent internal and external customer service and support the accounting team
• Minimize costing and commission errors to the GL
• Back up processor with dealer trade transactions
• Submit and clear submissions, process Nissan factory incentives; serve as back up/cross-train
• Alert GM or Controller to potential risks at all times
• Filing as time permits weekly, monthly and yearly
• Assist with special projects and schedule clean-up as assigned by the Controller

• Minimum 3 years of billing experience in the car industry
• Experience in CDK DMS
• Experience in data entry
• Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Ability to calculate amounts for commissions
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as sales agreements and procedure manuals
• Ability to stay late and work weekends when needed
