Finance Assistant
The NRP Group is seeking a Community Assistant for its Mesquite, TX LIHTC community The Fielder. Under the Community Manager, you’ll handle daily operations, assist with leasing, and support resident services to maintain a quality living environment.
You’ll maximize cash flow, assist with certifications, and ensure timely rent collection while maintaining resident files and payroll reporting. A strong customer-service mindset is essential.
