With a focus on giving our seniors the option to age in place, we are expanding our presence across the country and are seeking an elite leader to spearhead the growth of this branch.

Responsibilities- Business Development: Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in‑home care provider.
- Referral building: Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
- Staffing and Scheduling: Hiring and onboarding new team members and ensuring all shifts are properly staffed. Monitor on‑call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners.
- In‑home Assessments: Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements.
- Cultivating Culture: Create the workplace of choice for your territory. Set your own standard through incentivizing, motivating, and setting the tone of your team morale.
- A proven leader with previous experience managing a team
- Success with meeting sales and business development goals
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience with direct recruitment, hiring and oversight of staff
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Base salary with 20% quarterly cash profit share
