• Welcome and check in all members and guests.
• Sell memberships, smoothies, supplements, and personal training.
• Answer questions, resolve billing issues, and track front desk activity.
• Keep the front desk area clean, stocked, and on-brand.
• Support day-to-day operations and team communication.
• Create a fun, professional, and helpful experience for everyone.

• Customer service or front desk experience preferred.
• Comfortable with upselling and helping members.
• Organized, energetic, and positive attitude.
• Available to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
